The Adamo line is manufactured by Dell. This particular laptop is a 13.4 incher, a very sleek, thin, portable machine. It is different from all other mini laptops, thanks to the combination of its power, design and light weight.
If the portability is very important for you, you have to know that this particular machine gets good points in that department. Thanks to its aluminum shell you do not have to worry about bumps or scratches. Also, it is extremely thin, measuring only 0.65 inches. As I have said already, it’s a machine built for the road so it weighs a lot less than midsized machines but a bit more than your average netbook, 4.0 pounds with adapter.

Its interior’s power is somewhere located between the performance of a netbook and of a midsized mainstream laptop. It’s got a dual core 1.2GHz Intel Core 2 Duo U9300 processor with a 2 GB internal memory that runs at the speed of 533MHz. The hard drive unfortunately has only a 64 GB storage capacity but it is an SSD, this means that it’s faster than a regular hard.
The Intel GMA 4500MHD graphics card is only integrated, clearly this laptop as not built for entertainment purposes but rather for business.
To maintain its light weight, the manufacturer did not fit it with an optical drive, but rather it equipped it with an SD card reader, 3 USB ports, one of which is an eSATA combo and a DisplayPort outsource.
You can choose to expand its configuration with the help of the SIM card slot. Also, networking can be achieved by Ethernet, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connections.

Adamo Laptop Reviews
From its description, it does not sound as it would be a very bad investment, especially if you are in a line of business where you need to take your laptop around with you a lot. But the Dell Andamo machine is not a small investment, its price is little under $2,000, which is a lot for this configuration. It reminds me of the MacBook Air, which has an aluminum exterior, the only difference is that the Apple ManBook costs a lot less and has better review. The Apple laptop costs half as much as the Dell Adamo and it got a 4 out of 5 average review, while the Dell gadget only a 3 out of 5 point review.11
