Toshiba Gaming Laptop Review

Gaming computers are a special type of computers. They are much more performing than the regular ones, as they have more powerful components. They are more expensive as well. These types of computers are made by different companies, such as IBM, Dell, Toshiba, and many others. In what follows I am going to offer some information about Toshiba gaming laptops, and more precisely about the Qosmio X305-Q706 and about the Qosmio X305-Q708. These two are gaming laptops, as they have very performing components. They have a GeForce 9400M and two Nvidia GeForce 9800M GTS card.

This means that you can either choose a more performing version with two Nvidia graphics card, or a less performing version with a GeForce card. There are two main types of Qosmio computers. The X305-Q706 has a 2.26GHz Intel Core 2 Duo P8400 processor, and 4GB of DDR3 RAM. The computer also has a 320GB hard drive at 7,200 rpm, and the two mentioned graphics cards. The X305-Q708 version is even better, as it has a 2.53GHz Intel Core 2 Extreme QX9300 quad core processor. It has 4GB DDR3 memory, and two types of hard drives. You can either choose a regular hard drive at 320GB, or a solid state drive at 128GB.

Both of these computers have a 17 inch screen which can deliver a resolution of 1440 x 900 pixels. Also, both of them have Harman Kardon speakers with subwoofer. Most of the gamers prefer to buy gaming desktop computers instead of portable computers. Toshiba wants to convince people that a portable computer can be just as good, and the 3 GPUs are their mean of conviction. Most of the users still prefer desktop computers though. It is true that desktops are much more performing, but the portable computers are coming strong from behind.

There are some really powerful gaming portable computers, such as Alienware for example. These are too expensive for most of the users, but there are cheaper alternatives as well. There are other brands which are just as good, and which can deliver the same performance, at a lower price of course. Toshiba computers are excellent, as they can deliver maximum performance with minimum noise. These laptops do not overheat too often, and they are excellent overall. In case you want a reliable and cheap gaming computer, Toshiba is the brand to choose.
